Job Description:
You will work as a key member of the Advertiser Account Management team, managing Ad campaigns across multiple segments. As an Account Manager (AM) you will be responsible for both, campaign operations as well as client coordination. This is a very critical role at Komli, and as an AM you will be part of the team which drives the actual revenues for the business.
Some of your key responsibilities would include:
- Take complete ownership of Ad campaigns,
- right from receiving a campaign RO,
- conducting quality checks on creatives,
- sharing screenshots with the Client,
- optimizing the campaign to deliver required nos. and meet ROI goals,
- sending delivery reports to the Client,
- following-up with the Client or Sales for an up-sell,
- conducting mid and post campaign analysis, and finally,
- sending invoicing details to Finance.
- Coordinate with Publisher and Media Buying teams to get requisite inventory for current and future campaigns, maintain healthy eCPMs, and gather intelligence on new web-sites that can add value.
- Coordinate with Sales team to understand Client expectations from the campaign, plan for meeting delivery targets, escalate any issues/concerns, and forecast potential delivery volumes.
- Interact with Senior Account Managers on a daily basis, and take their guidance in resolving day-to-day campaign issues/concerns.
- Maintain profit margins on all campaigns, while ensuring efficient utilization of Inventory.
- Follow defined processes very closely and document results.
- Participate in internal training sessions, product demos, and help evangelize Komli and its product offerings.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 1-2 years of Ad delivery and operations experience, either with an Online Media firm or a large Publisher.
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably a degree/diploma in Mass Media.
- Hands-on experience with Ad serving platforms like ZEDO, DART, AdTech, etc.
- Candidates who are not from the Media space, but have an Operations background and also meet the criteria listed below, can also apply.
- Process orientation is a must, and should have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the internet, and should be up-to-date with latest developments in the Internet world.
- Very good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Active participation in extra-curricular activities while in school and college, will definitely be a plus.
- Be enthusiastic about life and work, and a Quick Learner.
