Komli is working hard to make online advertising better for publishers and advertisers and innovate like crazy. If this sounds like something you are interested in, we would love to talk. Innovation is key to us, and this carries over to our internal workings as well. We want to innovate for each one of our team members. We try to do things a little differently at work, so people can be successful in their life outside of work and their work life. For example, if you need to go running at 3pm go run! If you need to start work at 10:30am because you’re not a morning person start work at 10:30am. We offer unlimited vacation (you know when you’re ready for a break) and every employee in our company receives a full benefits package. We have snacks and drinks for everyone (we’ll get whatever you want, just let us know). We have a totally open door policy (actually, there are no offices) and encourage everyone to come up with and follow through on any “bright” ideas to push the company forward! We expect the best from our team (it’s heavy lifting trying to make online advertising better) so come to work charged and ready to dive in each day!
