Position: Junior Salesperson

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Job Description:

You will work with the Regional Manager to manage, develop and grow Komli’s advertiser relationships in the western region. You will:

• Achieve gross sales targets for the year
• Cultivate new clients and deepen existing relationships with the aim of making Komli the ‘go-to’ network for display advertising needs
• Ensure quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients
• Perform financial management -- billing & recoveries – of your accounts
• Be operationally strong with account management and optimization and have strong awareness of latest developments and trends in online display advertising

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, graduate degree preferred
• Experience dealing with customers and very customer-service oriented attitude is crucial
• Must have a good network of contacts with advertisers and agencies in the Indian internet industry
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Experience doing business development and developing deals with senior level executives, as well as with smaller companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information to others in a concise, coherent manner
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in a team
• High-energy and goal driven
