Product Manager, Financial Services Lead Generation

Position: Product Manager, Financial Services

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

As a product manager of financial services, you will develop the vision for the development of our financial services lead generation product. You must have a strong sense of the value of the product and the ability to understand customer and market requirements in order to make it best in class. You must be able to prioritize, make decisions, and be an effective interface between the market and our engineering team. You will be responsible for delivering the product to market.

Responsibilities:

• Project and product management experience, preferably in the internet sector
• Strong technical ability and/or the ability to translate market requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with business issues, preferably in the consumer and retail banking sector
• Market knowledge of Internet-related industries
• Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch)
• Interest in meeting with customers to develop new business opportunities
• Project management experience
• Leadership qualities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• A curious, energetic, pro-active personality
• Proven ability to innovate
• Someone who will be passionate about our goals and will work towards the same

Qualifications:

• 3-5 yrs of total work experience
• Some experience in the banking sector
• Candidates with an education background in an analytical field will be preferred. An MBA is a bonus but not a requirement
