Position: Direct Sales Manager - Financial Lead Generation (LoanRaja.com)Location: Mumbai (Santacruz West)
Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our network of agents within the retail finance space. You will:
- Achieve gross sales targets for the year
- Develop a network of agents and create relationships with the aim of making LoanRaja.com the 'go-to' site for these people to generate all sorts of retail finance leads
- Ensure education and adoption of the LoanRaja platform by this audience which includes meetings, follow-ups, review sessions and collection support within your network
- Recommend business and product solutions that enhance the value that we can add to the business of this audience (be our eyes and ears for this audience)
- Be operationally strong with account management and feedback processing and have strong awareness of latest developments and trends in the retail finance industry which includes Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards & Insurance - both Life and General
- Travel across the country for the above (minimum 10 days a month) and also partner with DM agencies that help you achieve your goals
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree. MBA preferred
- Experience with Alternate Channels or DST teams as part of a large bank, financial institution or NBFC for related products at a national or regional level
- Must have a good network of contacts within the above industry
- Penchant for over-achieving sales targets
- Experience doing business development and developing deals with senior level executives, as well as with smaller companies
- Experience and comfort in developing sales and DM material in all kinds of media
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey information to others in a concise, coherent manner
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and higher than normal interest and belief in the Internet
- Experience in leading teams within the above-mentioned verticals
